Who are we?
RHS is a software provider of clinical systems, support services and websites. We are registered as a limited company with Companies House and our registered no. is 07445405. In most cases the collection of information on individuals is controlled by our clients and we work with them to ensure that it is kept in a secure manner. Each organisation that we work with has a data sharing agreement in place (GDPR).
What type of personal data do RHS collect?
The type of information we collect applies to products, services and website where we collect personal data. This may include:
– Name
– Address
– Email address
– Phone numbers you might provide
– Financial information – such as bank account for employees and bank details for clients
Our clinical systems are provided to a number of health providers who will have their own privacy policies. If an individual wished data to be removed from one of our systems we would work with the health provider to achieve this.
How is personal data used?
We may collect and process information about you. Information that is given to us by:
– filling in forms on our website
– using our services, including support services
– participating in meetings such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
– corresponding with us by email or social media
We collect personal data about individuals so that we are able to identify them and manage their enquiry. We will hold this personal data only for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry. We may also use this to provide details about any new services. Individuals always have the right to withdraw their agreement.

We do not sell personal data to any third party.
Rights to remove or correct personal data
Individuals have the right to:

– Ask for a copy of personal data that is held by RHS
– Ask us to stop using your personal data and have that data removed from our records
– Lodge a complaint against us about misuse of personal data
